If you’re interested in furthering your studies next year, you still have some time to get that application in! North West University is still taking applications for selection courses for the 2024 academic year.

Online registration for first-year and senior North West University students begins this month. Here's how the registration process for the 2023 academic year will proceed. 


The North West University (NWU) was established 18 years ago when two universities were merged. This university has three campuses spread in two provinces in South Africa, with applications opening annually for a new intake of students.

North West University is on it's way to open the 11th medical school in South Africa and the first in the North West. The university aims to proved more doctors in the country and more importantly in the rural areas.
