A new NSFAS scam has been born after it was announced that NSFAS will be providing beneficiaries with free devices. NSFAS students should therefore be aware and not share any important information. 

NSFAS has posted the following on their social media pages in order to make students aware of the latest scam:

SCAM ALERT!! Please be aware and alert of this scam. The website of free distribution of laptops is a scam. If you are receiving suspicious messages or calls from fraudsters regarding such advertisement, please ignore and report immediately.
