Have you ever thought about what courses you can study at Boston City Campus, how their campuses work and what the classes are like? Well, Careers Portal Live hosted a webinar with Boston City Campus where all these questions and many others were answered.

At Boston City Campus, they think that your education provider should be an expert and that your qualification should be world-class. Boston thinks it’s their job to make sure you get those things. No nonsense. No confusion. Just high-quality education.

Boston offers accredited Higher Education qualifications which are internationally recognised, including their state-of-the-art Postgraduate Diploma in Management, a range of Degrees, and numerous Diplomas and Higher Certificates. They also offer a variety of work-ready Occupational and Short Programmes which meet industry needs and are developed by industry specialists and leading professionals in their fields.

Boston City Campus says, "Education is vital and critical. It is possibly the best investment you can make and one of our functions at Boston is to really assist you". At Boston they ask themselves, how can we provide you with that education for life?

They believe that education isn't just about learning and the theory that comes with your studies, but rather the life skills that come with it, and how you're going to apply what you've learnt in personal life and within a business environment.

Textbooks at Boston are included in your tuition fees and there are no application fees. They also have a variety of Payment Plans for you to choose from depending on your needs.

Boston has 47 branches across South Africa, making them accessible to the population at large and allowing them to assist students with their study and career choices.

Boston has been responsive to the changes that came from being in a pandemic. During lockdown, students and staff had to work from home and they ensured that every student was able to do that. This was due to Boston's portal which can be used anywhere with an internet connection. There were online lectures, online assignments and course information available for students. Boston therefore had a fully functional semester.

Staff is continually updating material on the portal and are making sure students are accommodated as much as possible.

Boston also has something of good use for Matrics trying to figure out what to study - the Career Compass Assessment. This will see students log on and do an interest based questionnaire. Here, they'll try to figure out where your interests lie and what you're passionate about and then how they can help you to pursue that. A bonus is that it's free of charge. You can also do it multiple times.

At Boston, they also have what they call the Graduate+ Programme. This is for Degree and Diploma graduates and it gives them a guarantee. If you aren’t employed six months after graduating, they will either help you find a job or offer you a bursary to pursue a Postgraduate or Advanced Diploma or for the first year of a degree.
