The degree is accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE) and registered by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA), ensuring high educational standards.

The IIE Bachelor of Commerce in Law is accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE) and is registered by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) as a 360-credit qualification on Level 7 (SAQA ID No: 93729) 

Upon completion, students can further their studies with the IIE Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Management or the IIE Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Graduates can explore careers as compliance officers, legal advisors, fraud investigators, and more.

Entry Requirements For The IIE Bachelor of Commerce in Law?

Prospective students must meet the following requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate (NSC): Bachelor’s pass with at least 50% in English and 30% in pure maths or 50% in maths literacy or technical maths.
  • National Certificate (Vocational) (NC(V)): Bachelor’s pass with 50% in English and 50% in pure maths or 60% in maths literacy or technical maths.
  • Senior Certificate (SC): Endorsement with 50% in English and 30% in pure maths or 50% in maths literacy or technical maths.
  • Senior Certificate (Amended) (SC(a)): Bachelor’s pass with 50% in English and 30% in pure maths or 50% in maths literacy or technical maths.
