The Helpdesk was created to act as a direct communication channel between the

Since its launch, the Helpdesk has handled 57 283 student queries. Of these, approximately 55 121 cases have been successfully resolved and closed, resulting in a resolution rate of around 90%.

Plans For A Digital Helpdesk
With the number of student enquiries continuing to grow, the Deputy Minister confirmed that the department plans to introduce a digital Helpdesk system.
