  • Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management

  • Higher Certificate in Human Resource Management Practice

Rosebank College

Rosebank College offers both a Diploma in Human Resource Practice Management and a Higher Certificate in Human Resource Practices, both fall under the Faculty of Commerce. The Diploma trains students to think and act strategically, professionally and ethically and thereby to make a responsible, meaningful contribution to the human resource management industry.

While the Higher Certificate develops solid administration skills, patience and people skills. Students will be able to administer and conduct various human resource functions including payroll administration.

Varsity College - Now Known as Emeris

At Varsity College, the School of Management offers a Higher Certificate in Human Resource Practices. This is a part-time course which is done online.

Students studying the IIE Higher Certificate in Human Resource Practices will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to administer and conduct HR functions. Once students have graduated from the institution they will be equipped with the relevant legal and statutory requirements.

MANCOSA

MANCOSA offers a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management. The degree prepares students for the challenges that will come with the career and equips them with the skills to handle the complexities of the profession.

Both practical and theoretical modules are incorporated into the degree.
