- Bachelor's Degree Tourism Development and Management (3 years)
- The purpose of the Bachelor of Tourism Development and Management is to provide graduates with information andskills within an inter-disciplinary tourism environment to be able to demonstrate evidence of independent cognitive and applied research skills.
- National Diploma: Tourism Management (3 years)
- The purpose of the programme is to ensure that the qualifying learner will be competent in consistently using a variety of technical, managerial and personal skills and strategies in the everyday running of a tourism enterprise.
- Bachelor's Degree Tourism Development and Management (3 years)
- The purpose of the Bachelor of Tourism Development and Management is to provide graduates with information and skills within an inter-disciplinary tourism environment to be able to demonstrate evidence of independent cognitive and applied research skills.
- BA Honours Tourism Development (1/2 years)
- The primacy purpose of this qualification is to consolidate and deepen the learner's expertise in Tourism Development by developing a coherent and critical understanding of the principles and theories of Tourism Development.
- Bachelor's Degree Hospitality Management (3 years)
- The aim of the qualification is to provide prospective graduates with intellectual and theoretical knowledge as well as practical-workplace related managerial and leadership skills required for entry level professionals in the public and private hospitality environment.
- Diploma: Food and Beverage Operations (3 years)
