About The Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme

The Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme is a two-year immersive leadership development programme designed to fast-track talented graduates into future leadership roles within the business.

Successful candidates will begin the programme on 1 February 2027 and will receive hands-on experience, structured training and exposure to different areas of the organisation.

Graduates will work on real business projects while developing the technical, leadership and professional skills needed to build a successful long-term career at Vodacom.

One of the highlights of the programme is the opportunity for global rotations, allowing selected graduates to gain valuable international experience. After successfully completing the programme, participants will transition into a permanent role within the company.

Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme Requirements

To qualify for the 2027 Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Be completing an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification by the end of 2026.
  • Have less than two years of corporate or formal work experience after completing your studies.
  • Be a South African citizen by birth or naturalisation, or a permanent resident.

Vodacom also encourages applications from citizens of the following African countries for opportunities in their respective markets:

  • Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)
  • Kenya
  • Lesotho
  • Mozambique
  • Ethiopia
  • Egypt
  • Tanzania

Applicants must also:

  • Have achieved a minimum overall academic average of 65%.
  • Hold, or be completing, a Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) such as:
    • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
    • Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

Candidates with a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) will also be considered in the following fields:

  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electronic Engineering
  • Computer Software Engineering
  • Information Systems
  • Information Technology
