Standard Bank Group Learnernships offer a work-based approach to learning. The programme integrates practical theory and includes both structured work experience and structured learning with an accredited training provider.​

Now you can get a start in the banking sector by working for this top SA corporate employer.  Not only do you get work experience, you'll also be studying towards a formal qualification.

Learners who are working on a Learnership will be paid a stipend, or monthly allowance to cover their costs for taking part in the Learnership.  

Internal Audit Learnership

This Learnership is linked to the Occupational Certificate: Internal Auditor qualification and serves as the foundational entry-level certification for aspiring internal auditors. It combines  focused training modules with structured workplace experience to equip candidates with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to start or enhance their careers in internal auditing.

Data Science Learnership

The Occupational Certificate: Data Science Practitioner qualification serves as the foundational entry-level certification for aspiring internal auditors, combining focused training modules with structured workplace experience to equip candidates with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to start or enhance their careers in internal auditing.
