Sibanye-Stillwater offers an internship programme with three different options.

 

Intern 18.2 Graduate Finance

Minimum Required Qualification:   

Bachelor's Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Finance

 

Intern 18.2 Graduate Survey

Minimum Required Qualification:    

Advanced Diploma / Degree in Mine Survey

 

Intern 18.2 Graduate Metallurgy

 Minimum Required Qualification: 

NQF 7 (Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma) in Metallurgy, Mining or Related Field
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that programme objectives and associated tasks are well understood 

• Completion of all phases of the development programme within the specified timeframe and as per minimum requirements 

• Escalation of all queries and concerns associated with the programme and completion thereof where necessary 

• Adhere to all Mine standards and procedures 

• Perform all assigned tasks and assessments in a safe manner 

• Ensure effective team relationships 

• Build and maintain partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders within the business 

• Support and promote a positive work environment • Complete 3 months of “on the face training”
