Learnerships are available for young people to train to become property agents and gain the Real Estate NQF qualification - 400 positions are available now.

If you are working in the property industry then this could be for you. The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority is running Real Estate Learnerships in Gauteng and Limpopo now. 

The Learnerships will give the candidates both theoretical and practical knowledge needed to succeed in the real estate sector.

Applications are open now for 200 positions on the Learnership in Gauteng and another 200 positions in Limpopo. The Learnerships run for 12-month and successful learners will achieve the FET Certificate in Real Estate (NQF Level 4). 

They will also be supported in preparing for and completing the PPRA Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4). 

Requirements For The Learnership

Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent

Youth and women

When applying you should attach, certified SA ID copy, 

CV

and

Certified Matric/Certificate

Must be based in Gauteng or Limpopo.
