PPC is offering an exciting Engineering Learnership opportunity for motivated individuals who are eager to grow their technical skills and build a career as a Fitter and Turner. This learnership combines theoretical classroom training with hands-on practical experience, guided by expert mentors in the industry.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science
- N3 qualification with the following subjects:
- Fitting & Turning Trade Theory
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Engineering Drawings
- Willingness to work overtime and assist with additional tasks
- Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
- Basic computer literacy
Duties and Responsibilities
- Take part in both theoretical and practical training
- Deliver excellent customer service where required
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
- Maintain good housekeeping in the workplace
