OUTsurance Learnership Programme 2026 in Centurion

OUTsurance is offering an exciting 18-month Learnership Programme for unemployed South African youth who want to gain workplace experience in the call centre, financial services, and insurance industries.

This learnership provides structured workplace training, practical experience, and a monthly stipend, making it an excellent opportunity for young people looking to start a career in the insurance sector.

About the OUTsurance Learnership

OUTsurance has been a leader in the South African insurance industry for more than 28 years and is known for its innovative and customer-focused approach.

The learnership programme is designed to help unemployed youth develop workplace skills and gain industry exposure through practical training in a professional environment.

Successful applicants will enter into a fixed-term learnership agreement and receive a monthly stipend of R9 000.

Learnership Details

- Location: Centurion, Gauteng
- Duration: 18 months
- Industry: Financial Services and Insurance
- Monthly stipend: R9 000

Working Hours and Shift Requirements

Learners will work according to a shift roster, which includes:

- Friday to Monday shifts (9 hours)
- Saturdays (8 hours)
- Sundays (5 hours)
- Two weekdays off per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
- One dedicated training day per week for full qualification training

Applicants should also note that they may be required to work on South African public holidays if scheduled.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the OUTsurance Learnership Programme, applicants must:

- Have Grade 12 (Matric)
- Be computer literate, including MS Office skills
- Have no prior work experience
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Have been unemployed for the past six months
- Not have previously participated in an INSETA learnership
