Successful applicants will be expected to complete a learnership over 12 months. All learners embarking on this qualification will obtain 155 credits.
The programme builds practical competence in sales and negotiation skills, promotion techniques, optimisation of customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, working in a sales and marketing team, and compliance and legislative considerations.
Requirements
- A 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business
- Certified copies of all certificates
- A valid certified copy of RSA ID document
- A valid code 10 manual driver's license
- Be able to drive a Crafter
- An active bank account & SARS number
- No experience required
- Be willing to relocate
All candidates should be mobile to work at any of the following sites within their applicable region:
- Inland Central: Germiston, Tshwane, Rustenburg, Vereeniging, Krugersdorp
- Eastern Cape: George, Gqeberha, East London
- Inland East: Ermelo, Polokwane, Marble Hall, Tzaneen, Witbank, White River
- Western Cape: Parow, Worcester, Hermanus, Epping
- KwaZulu-Natal: Ladysmith, Pietermaritzburg, Bethlehem, Richards Bay, New Germany
Screening
Applicants will go through a screening process and will be placed on a structured learning programme that includes theoretical and practical workplace experiential learning over a period of at least 12 months. On successful
completion of this learnership, learners will have a sound understanding of marketing and brand management principles.
