Nampak, in partnership with Optimum Learning Technologies, is recruiting youth for learnership opportunities, NQF 3 Occupational Certificate Production Operator Learnership, starting the 1st October 2025. These positions report directly to the Operational Technical Trainer.

Successful applicants will be required to attend training at Nampak and complete the workplace integration part of the programme within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You are responsible for your safety and the safety of fellow Employees.

Shadowing, standing in for, and rotating between roles to ensure skills transfer, competence, and flexibility. Adhere to plant rules
and regulations at all times.

Applicants will go through a screening process and will be placed based on their results.

The Learnership Programme will be completed over a period of 12 months.

Minimum Requirements:

• SA Citizenship
• Passed Grade 12 Mathematics, Physical Science, being above 40% & English
• A National Technical Certificate will be advantageous
• Unemployed (18.2)
• Basic Computer Literacy
• Based within a 50km radius of Nampak Springs
• Strong technical aptitude
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
