Motus Graduate Programme 2026 Now Open For Applications

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable work experience in South Africa's automotive industry? Motus Corporation is inviting young, motivated graduates to apply for its Graduate Programme in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

This 12-month programme offers participants the opportunity to develop practical workplace skills, gain industry experience, and build a strong foundation for a successful career.

About The Motus Graduate Programme

The Motus Graduate Programme is designed to help unemployed graduates gain hands-on experience in a professional working environment. Successful candidates will receive workplace training, mentorship from experienced professionals, and exposure to key business functions within one of South Africa's leading automotive groups.

Participants will receive a monthly stipend of R5 000 for the duration of the programme.

Graduate Programme Requirements

To qualify for the Motus Graduate Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be between 18 and 29 years old
  • Hold a Diploma in a relevant field of study
  • Not have previously participated in a SETA-funded programme
  • Not currently be receiving NSFAS funding
  • Be available to participate in the full 12-month programme
  • Reside in the placement area or be willing to relocate

Graduate placements are available in the following departments:

  • Administration
  • Finance
  • Risk Management
  • Business Analytics
  • Operations
