About The Motus Graduate Programme
The Motus Graduate Programme is designed to help unemployed graduates gain hands-on experience in a professional working environment. Successful candidates will receive workplace training, mentorship from experienced professionals, and exposure to key business functions within one of South Africa's leading automotive groups.
Participants will receive a monthly stipend of R5 000 for the duration of the programme.
Graduate Programme Requirements
To qualify for the Motus Graduate Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be between 18 and 29 years old
- Hold a Diploma in a relevant field of study
- Not have previously participated in a SETA-funded programme
- Not currently be receiving NSFAS funding
- Be available to participate in the full 12-month programme
- Reside in the placement area or be willing to relocate
