Eskom is offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed youth to apply for the Learner Plant Maintenance - internships.
About the Internship
Successful applicants will undergo institutional training combined with on-the-job experience to prepare them for a career as Plant Operators. This programme is designed to provide valuable technical skills, workplace knowledge, and practical exposure within Eskom’s operations.
Successful Applicants will be required to sign a 2 (Two) year learning programme contract and will be paid a stipend according to Company Policies and Procedures

Skills and Competencies Required:
- Proficient Engineering/Technical Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Proficient in the use of Basic Hand Tools Basic Planning Skills
- Computer Literacy
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
- S4 in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics (C&I)
- Electrical (Power Plant) option will be an added advantage
