Ackermans 12-Month Learnership Programme 2026

About the Ackermans Learnership

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Ackermans Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be between 18 and 33 years old
- Have successfully completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Have 2 to 3 years of retail experience
- Have supervisory experience
- Reside in or near the following areas:
• Wembley Park
• Highbury
• Camelot
• Hagley
• Riverside
• Kalkfontein
• Gersham
• Wesbank
• Mfuleni
If you have previously completed a SETA-funded learnership, you must provide a valid SETA-issued certificate. Certificates of attendance or statements of results will not be accepted.
Advantageous Qualifications
While not required, the following will strengthen your application:
- An accredited post-matric qualification (up to NQF Level 4)
- Relevant short course certificates

- Certified copy of your South African ID
