False Bay TVET College has celebrated the entrepreneurial talent of its students following the successful hosting of the Internal Round of the 2026 Entrepreneurship Inter-College Competition.

The competition took place on Thursday, 16 July 2026, at the College's Westlake Campus, where the Centre for Entrepreneurship (CfE) provided a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to showcase their innovative business ideas and entrepreneurial skills.

Student entrepreneurs impressed judges with their creativity, innovation and business potential while competing across four competition categories. The event highlighted the College's commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and equipping students with the skills needed to succeed in South Africa's evolving economy.

Following a competitive judging process, the top two finalists in each category were selected to represent False Bay TVET College at the Provincial Round of the 2026 Entrepreneurship Inter-College Competition.

The College congratulated all the winners and participants for their dedication and entrepreneurial spirit, wishing the finalists every success as they continue their entrepreneurial journey and proudly represent False Bay TVET College at provincial level.

Entrepreneurship competitions such as these play an important role in encouraging innovation, developing business skills and preparing TVET College students to create employment opportunities and contribute to economic growth.
