Buffalo City TVET College has officially opened online applications for Semester 2 of the 2026 academic year at its St Marks Campus. Applications opened on 12 March 2026 and are available to both new and returning students.

Students interested in studying at the college can submit their applications online through the Buffalo City TVET College website.

Business Studies Programmes Available

The college is offering several Report 191 (NATED) Business Studies programmes at the St Marks Campus on a full-time basis.

The available courses include:

Financial Management N4 – N6

Human Resources Management N4 – N6

Management Assistant N4 – N6

Public Management N4 – N6

These programmes provide students with the theoretical knowledge required to build careers in business, administration and the public sector.

Entry Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements to apply for the available programmes:

A certified copy of a Grade 12 certificate (certified at a police station and not older than three months).

A certified copy of a South African Identity Document.

Students applying for Financial Management must have Grade 12 Accounting or Mathematics.

Students rewriting subjects must upload their academic records with an official college stamp.

Applicants are reminded that all required supporting documents must be uploaded when submitting their application.

Failure to upload the necessary documents will result in the application not being considered.

Important Application Instructions

All supporting documents must be uploaded in PDF format. Photos or image files will not be accepted.

Applications containing unclear or incomplete documents will not be processed by the college.

NSFAS Funding Available

DHET TVET NSFAS bursaries are available to qualifying students who demonstrate financial need and meet the academic requirements.

The bursary can assist eligible students with funding for their studies at Buffalo City TVET College.

Application Closing Date

Online applications for Report 191 programmes will close on Monday, 13 April 2026.

Students interested in studying at Buffalo City TVET College are encouraged to apply before the closing date to secure their place for Semester 2 of the 2026 academic year.
