To apply to a Checkers franchise, which consists of Checkers, Checkers Hyper, Checkers LiqourShop and Checkers Food Services all over the country, you would need to apply through the Shoprite Holdings website, and then follow this process.
Checkers Jobs Application Online
- Once you have reached the Shoprite Holdings page, click on the “Careers” tab
- Then, scroll down and click “Join our Team” under “Work at our Stores”
You will then be redirected to another page in which you have to complete 4 steps:
- Provide your valid South African ID number and click next
- Answer a few questions about your shift availability, your highest level of education, and so on. Depending on your answers in this section, you will either be directed to the next step, or be told that you do not meet the requirements for the available positions
- Answer a number of questions about your experience in retail, whether or not you are a student looking to work part-time, which branch you would like to work at, etc.
- Share your name, surname, address, email, and cell number to have your application processed.
