They have three different student residences, with two located on Rissik Street in Marshalltown, and one on Commissioner Street in Marshalltown. The two locations on Rissik Street are co-ed residences while the location on Commissioner street is only for female students.

Their residences are approximately just 2.4km from the University of Johannesburg (UJ) which equates to an 8-minute drive. Students attending the University of Witwatersrand (WITS) will also travel for 8 minutes between campus and residence with 2.4 KM between them.

Students traveling to campus via public transport can be happy to know that there is a Bus Rapid Transit System (BRT) bus stop just 28 metres outside the residence.

Some of the amenities offered at Urban Einstein student accommodation are a 1000mb/s Wifi connectivity, a games room and a garden rooftop. Their locations are equipped with 24/7 advanced biometric security to ensure the safety of students.

Here’s How To Book Your Urban Einstein Student Accommodation Spot:

  1. Pay the registration fee to secure your space and room category 
  2. Fill in the application form. Provide a copy of your Identity document, proof of residency and proof of payment. 
  3. Your first month's rent, electricity and water contribution is payable before your move-in. 

Urban Einstein student accommodation has different pricing plans available to students. Students will be charged more or less based on the number of individuals sleeping in one room, a single sleeper being the most expensive option. Students will also be required to pay a once-off registration fee before they move in.
