- First floor: R 6650.00 per person per month.
- Second floor: R 6750.00 per person per month.
- Third floor: R 6850.00 per person per month
- Fourth floor: R 6950.00 per person per month.
The rooms are not fully furnished, students can request a furnished room at an extra cost.
