Located in Rosebank Cape Town, Nest is a student accommodation made up of 4 residence floors and includes a 5th rooftop floor.

The residence is near several private colleges and public universities in the city, making the travel distance short and hassle-free. 

The UCT Jammie Shuttle is right on your doorstep, making it a 15-minute commute from your student living space to UCT’s Upper Campus. 

NEST is also situated near Damelin college and is only a short trip away from Varsity College and AFDA (3km from NEST). Students attending the University of the Western Cape utilise taxis, buses, and trains from the nearby Mowbray Terminus to get to class.

At Nest, they provide, a bed, access to DSTV & Netflix, rooftop gym, uncapped speedy WIFI per month, and monthly cleaning services.

The 4th floor has two cosy lounges fitted with 50-inch Smart TVs with Netflix availability. The rooftop also includes a fully equipped gym, braai area, and a recreational area for games.

NEST Student Accommodation Rates for 2023:

  • First floor:       R 6650.00 per person per month.
  • Second floor:  R 6750.00 per person per month.
  • Third floor:      R 6850.00 per person per month
  • Fourth floor:   R 6950.00 per person per month.

The rooms are not fully furnished, students can request a furnished room at an extra cost.
