About The Administration Internship
The Administrative Intern will assist the Power and Energy team with daily operational and administrative tasks. This role provides valuable hands-on experience while allowing interns to learn how professional consulting teams operate.
Interns will also gain practical exposure to project coordination, reporting and document management within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for supporting the project team with a variety of administrative duties, including:
- Providing general administrative support to the project team
- Assisting with document control, filing, record keeping and data management
- Supporting project coordination activities, reporting and scheduling
- Helping arrange meetings and managing internal communication
- Maintaining accurate records according to company systems and procedures
- Assisting with daily operational tasks within the department
Health And Safety Responsibilities
Interns will also be expected to support the organisation’s health, safety, environmental and quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Demonstrate responsible health and safety behaviour in the workplace
- Support the identification of potential SHEQ risks
- Contribute to the company’s Zero Harm initiatives

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for the WSP Administration Internship:
- A National Diploma in Administration or a related qualification
- No previous work experience required
- Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
