Value-Able Consulting is now seeking applications from candidates to join them as Accounting and Tax Trainees.
The employee is employed to manage and oversee the day- to- day functions of the firm including but not limited to:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading and supervising interns
- Ensuring that all accounting processes align with GAAP and current financial legislation.
- Analysing financial data and creating reports for management and stakeholders.
- Assisting other departments to develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have financial impact on the business.
- Prepare and review Annual Financials Statements.
- Submit clients tax returns.
- Perform all secretarial service to clients.
- High level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Accounting degree or Equivalent
- 1-2 years working experience in an Accounting Firm.
- Proficiency with computers especially bookkeeping software (Sage One, Pastel, Draft Worx and CaseWare) and MS Office
