About the YES4Youth Graduate Opportunity

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the YES4Youth Graduate Programme, applicants must:
- Be unemployed.
- Reside in Johannesburg.
- Be willing to work shifts and, where required, overtime.
- Demonstrate good behaviour, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:
- A National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, Education or a related field.
- A National Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- A National Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- A Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
Key Skills and Competencies
Applicants should demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning tools.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Professionalism, discretion and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Comfortable using systems such as Jira, GreatSoft and other digital platforms.
