- Rock Engineering (Ref: GDP001-RE)
- Surveying (Ref: GDP001-S)
- Instrumentation (Ref: GDP001-I)

Minimum Entry Requirements:
To be considered for the Tharisa Graduate Programme, applicants must:
- Be in possession of a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- Hold an N-Diploma or Degree in one of the relevant fields listed above
- Have no prior work experience in your field of study, including internships or graduate programmes
- Demonstrate strong academic performance
- Be computer literate
- Be medically fit for work in a mining environment
- Be a South African citizen
Selection Priorities:
- Preference will be given to female candidates
- Preference will also be given to applicants from local communities or labour-sending areas
- Employment Equity principles will be applied in line with Tharisa’s policy
