TCTA is a state-owned liability management entity responsible for bulk raw water infrastructure development. 

TCTA invites suitably qualified and deserving graduate youths from previously disadvantaged backgrounds to be considered for the 2- year internship programme. 

Graduates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Compliance Intern:
- LLB degree, B Com or equivalent x1
• Legal Intern:
- LLB degree or equivalent x1
• Risk Management Intern:
- B Degree/ or equivalent in Risk Management x1
• IT Internal Audit Intern:
- B Degree in IT/IT Auditing/Computer Science/Computer Auditing or equivalent x1
• Internal Audit Intern:
- B Degree in Commerce/Accounting x1
• Supply Chain Management Intern:
- B Degree in SCM, Logistics or Purchasing x1
• Project Finance & Treasury Interns:
- B Com Economics in Financial Management/ Investment, Commercial or any related x2
• Finance Intern:
- B Com Accounting or any finance related degree x1
• Engineering interns:
- BSc/ B Eng in Civil Engineering x3
• Engineering x2, Environment and Social x 2, and Finance x1- Interns (Based in the
Lesotho Office)

- BSc in Environmental Science/water science/water treatment/ chemistry or related field
