Publicis Groupe Africa has opened applications for Le Cubs 2027, a 12-month internship programme offering young South African graduates an opportunity to gain practical workplace experience in the marketing and communications industry.
The programme is designed to help graduates transition from tertiary education into the workplace while developing the skills needed to build careers in a changing business environment.
Starting in March 2027, successful applicants will be placed in teams across Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. Interns will gain hands-on experience in a range of disciplines, including creativity, strategy, human resources, data, technology, artificial intelligence (AI), media and business support.
What Does The Publicis Groupe Le Cubs Internship Offer?
Le Cubs aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional experience by giving graduates the opportunity to contribute to real workplace projects.
Rather than focusing only on theoretical knowledge, the programme allows interns to work alongside industry professionals, learn from experienced teams and develop practical skills in a collaborative environment.
