Who Can Apply?

  • Be recent graduates with a National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Be currently unemployed and not enrolled in full-time studies during the programme.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be proactive, adaptable, and ready to contribute.

What You’ll Do as an Intern

As a Lesaka intern, you’ll take on a structured role with responsibilities such as:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to key projects.
  • Assisting with customer service, administrative tasks, research, or technical duties.
  • Participating in training workshops to build professional skills.
  • Offering innovative ideas to enhance processes or services.
  • Gaining exposure to core business areas through shadowing and collaboration.

You’ll also enjoy regular feedback, coaching sessions, and the chance to learn from experienced professionals.
