Lenovo has announced the launch of EAGLES Cohort 4, its Sales and Business Graduate Programme in South Africa. This opportunity forms part of the EMEA Academy for Graduates in Lenovo Sales (EAGLES) and offers graduates a direct pathway into the world of technology sales at a leading global brand.

This is a two-year rotational graduate programme designed to develop future sales leaders through structured learning, mentorship and hands-on experience.

About the Lenovo EAGLES Graduate Programme

The EAGLES programme is focused on empowering graduates to succeed in various sales-related roles within Lenovo. Participants will gain practical exposure, industry insight and professional guidance while building the skills needed to drive innovation, strengthen client relationships and support sustainable business growth.

The programme also creates a diverse and collaborative learning environment, helping graduates prepare for long-term careers within Lenovo’s global sales organisation.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the Lenovo Sales and Business Graduate Programme, applicants must:

Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university and have graduated in 2025.

Be eligible to work in Johannesburg, South Africa, and provide the required documentation.
