Kia SA YES Programme (12-Month Internship 2026)

Kia South Africa is inviting unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 29 to apply for its Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme. This 12-month internship is designed to provide structured workplace experience, helping participants develop practical skills, build confidence, and improve their employability.

The programme is open to candidates residing in Polokwane, Nelspruit, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and the Western Cape.

Closing Date: 24 April 2026
Contract Duration: 12 months

To qualify for the Kia SA YES Programme, applicants must:

• Be between 18 and 29 years old and currently unemployed
• Be a South African citizen with a valid ID
• Have Grade 12 (Matric); additional qualifications are an advantage
• Have a clear criminal record
• Not have previously participated in a YES Programme

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy (where applicable)
• A positive attitude, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
