Internship Location:
Isando Biscuits Factory, Kempton Park, Johannesburg

Contract Type:
Fixed-Term Contract – 12 Months

Reporting To:
Quality Manager

What You'll Learn:

• Exposure to food safety protocols
• In-process quality assurance
• Handling incoming laboratory samples
• Understanding and applying quality systems
• Participation in new product development (NPD) project trials

Minimum Requirements:

Qualification:
• Completed a 2-year Diploma in Food Technology
• Currently requiring the final 1-year in-service training to complete studies

Additional Skills & Attributes:

• Computer literacy for data reporting and analysis
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• Strong leadership potential
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proactive with strong initiative
