Ctrack YES4Youth Internship Programme Open For Applications

Ctrack, in partnership with the Youth Employment Service (YES), is offering an exciting internship opportunity aimed at empowering young South Africans through workplace experience and skills development.

The initiative forms part of the national YES4Youth programme, which focuses on reducing youth unemployment by providing young people with practical work experience that improves their chances of securing long-term employment.

About The Service & Support Controller Internship

The internship role focuses on supporting the company’s Service and Support operations. Interns will assist with coordinating customer service requests, managing installation schedules and supporting repair and service queries.

This position offers exposure to several important operational areas, including customer service coordination, scheduling, case management and administrative processes.

The role is designed as a developmental opportunity for participants in the YES4Youth programme who want to gain practical experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Installation Request & Scheduling Management
•Receive new installation requests from the New Business and Contracts Department.
•Efficiently schedule all customer requests to optimise technician time and expertise.
•Allocate all jobs to technicians timeously and appropriately.
•Consistently monitor progress of all calls logged and scheduled.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Be an unemployed South African youth.

Be between the ages of 18 and 29.

Have not previously participated in the YES4Youth programme.

Reside close to the workplace area.

Have no criminal record.

Be available to start employment on 1 May 2026.

Have Grade 12 as their highest qualification.

A qualification related to the position will be advantageous.

Internship Duration And Stipend

The Ctrack YES4Youth Internship Programme will run for a period of 12 months.

Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of R5 000 during the internship.

This internship provides young South Africans with a valuable opportunity to gain practical work experience while developing skills in customer service, operations coordination and administrative management.
