The programme offers graduates the opportunity to work at Boxer Superstores' Head Office in Westville, KwaZulu-Natal, while receiving practical training, mentorship and professional development over a 12-month period.

Boxer Graduate Programme 2026

Boxer Superstores is recruiting 50 graduates to join its SETA-funded graduate programme, which will commence on 1 August 2026.

The initiative is delivered in partnership with the Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&R SETA) and aims to equip young professionals with the skills and experience needed to build successful careers in the retail industry.

Participants will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful business projects and gain exposure to the operations of one of South Africa's leading retail chains.

Boxer Graduate Programme Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Boxer Graduate Programme 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a completed Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Have no more than two years of work experience.
  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Be currently unemployed.
  • Be available to begin the programme on 1 August 2026.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the retail environment.

Applicants must also submit the following supporting documents:

  • An updated CV.
  • Latest academic transcripts.
  • A copy of their Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification certificate.

What Will Graduates Do?
