Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd is inviting applications from recent graduates for its Communications Graduate Internship Programme. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to gain practical experience in corporate communications, digital media and brand management.

The internship will be based within Bosch’s Corporate Communications department, where the successful candidate will receive mentorship and hands-on training across a wide range of communication functions.

About The Bosch Graduate Internship

This internship programme is designed to equip graduates with both technical and professional skills needed to succeed in the communications field. Interns will be exposed to real-world projects and gain experience in both digital and traditional communication environments.

Key Learning Areas

During the programme, the intern will receive training and mentorship in the following areas:

Administrative processes and coordination.

Website content management, including advanced editing and site development.

Platform administration and content management systems.

Digital publishing and online editorial management.

Brand management and corporate identity principles.

Artificial intelligence fundamentals and responsible usage.

Event and trade fair planning and coordination.

Management of corporate social media platforms.

Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Internal collaboration tools and networking platforms.

Corporate visual identity and design standards.

Media compliance, including image rights and copyright regulations.

Corporate communications strategy and frameworks.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

A Matric (Grade 12) certificate.

A relevant Degree or Diploma in:

Marketing

Communications

Brand Building or a related field
