The Agriseta is the organisation responsible for promoting education and training in the agriculture sector. This includes researching the training requirements of the sector and then developing qualifications and courses for the sector.
Overview
AgriSETA is offering 24-month internship opportunities for Skills Planning and Research Interns within its Skills Planning Division.
To provide the Skills Planning team with administrative support on performance-related targets, projects and ad hoc duties. Function within the Skills Planning & Research Division working with data capturing and control
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update AgriSETA’s database to enable efficient
data retrieval - Implement Quality Control measures to ensure the validity of data
- Provide weekly data reports to the Assistant Manager
- Retrieve reports from the Management Information System (Indicium) and send to relevant stakeholders for payment
purposes. - Prepare and submit SETMIS reports quarterly.
- Prepare reports requested by DHET and management for review by the Assistant Manager
- Prepare and submit performance information reports for management review.
- Provide data trend analysis from AgriSETA’s database
- Maintain documented proof of captured information.
- Verify, enroll and authorise learner information relating to various learning programmes within AgriSETA, inclusive of
partnerships and other stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
- N6 / Diploma/ Equivalent Qualifications in Office Admin / Office Management or any other relevant qualifications.
