As an intern in the Health and Safety team, you will:

  •     Gain practical workplace exposure in a high-performance environment
  •     Support compliance with health and safety regulations
  •     Be part of projects and initiatives that promote a culture of safety in the workplace
  •     Receive mentorship from experienced professionals

Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for the AfriSam Health and Safety Internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  •     Hold a National Diploma or Degree in Health and Safety Management
  •     Have a strong academic track record
  •     Demonstrate good behavioural and ethical standards
  •     Be a South African citizen

Preference Will Be Given To:

  •     Historically Disadvantaged South Africans (HDSA)
  •     Female candidates, as part of AfriSam’s commitment to employment equity and transformation
