Afrika Tikkun Services is inviting applications for its YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme in Gauteng. A total of 60 internship opportunities are available for unemployed youth looking to gain valuable workplace experience.

This 12-month YES internship programme is offered in partnership with a sponsor in the automotive industry, providing candidates with practical exposure in a dynamic working environment.

About The YES Internship Programme

The YES Programme aims to empower young South Africans by providing them with meaningful work experience that enhances their employability and prepares them for future career opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Afrika Tikkun Services YES Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.

Be between the ages of 18 and 34.

Be willing to commit to the full 12-month internship programme.

Must not have previously participated in a YES Programme.

A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or Finance will be an added advantage.

A valid driver’s licence will be advantageous.

Skills And Competencies

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following skills:

Strong customer service abilities.

Basic computer literacy.

Good administrative and organisational skills.

Basic technical skills.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English).
