Arwyp Training Institute, affiliated with Arwyp Medical Centre in Kempton Park, is a private higher-education provider accredited by the South African Nursing Council (SANC) to offer both the Higher Certificate in Auxiliary Nursing (SANC R.169) and the Diploma in Nursing (SANC R.171).

Key Nursing Programmes

  • Higher Certificate in Auxiliary Nursing R169 – 1-year course preparing students for auxiliary nurse roles; fees for 2025 are approximately R81,675 plus books, uniforms, and insurance. 
  • Diploma in Nursing R171 (Staff Nurse) – 3-year programme covering core nursing theory, clinical skills, and patient care practices.

Accreditation & Registration
The institute is provisionally registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (currently valid through December 2025) and its qualifications are both SANC-accredited.
