This means that if a buyer is looking for a two-bedroom condo with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, but your listing has hardwood floors and a dishwasher that isn’t stainless steel, then they’ll probably keep looking. The more motivated buyers are, the less likely they are to consider other options.
Do you like being around people?
If so, then real estate might be the perfect career choice for you! Even if you don’t like selling property face-to-face, your work will still involve connecting with people.
