If you are looking for an opportunity at one of Nando's franchises, you can follow the below steps to apply. It’s simply.

  1. Visit The Nando's Career Site

  2. Scroll down to "current vacancies" and browse all available opportunities.

  3. Once you have found the job you are interested in, read all about the duties and responsibilities and then click on "Apply" at the bottom.

  4. You will need to have an account set up in order to apply. Log in if you ALREADY have an account you can simply log in or click HERE to SIGN UP for an account.

  5. Fill in your details and follow the prompts and then submit your application.

If this method of applying is too complicated, Nando's also allows you to apply via sms. All you have to do is:

To apply, simply SMS NANDOCAS to 37672. SMS’s cost R1.50 each. You will need 11 SMS’s to complete your application.

To work at a Nando's franchise you will need the following:

  • A South African ID 
  • Be able to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays
  • A minimum qualification of Grade 10 (or equivalent)
  • Nando's reserves the right to conduct Employee Verification Checks, including but not limited to Criminal and Credit Checks
  • If you haven't heard back within 30 days, your application was unsuccessful.
