Visit the Capita career site

Set up a profile

  • You’ll be asked to set up a profile on our application portal, which will give you the opportunity to look at the range of graduate career opportunities we have available.

Browse available opportunities and apply

  • Apply to your preferred role and we will ask you a few simple questions. In some cases, you’ll have to prepare a small written piece. Once through the first section of the application, we may ask you to complete verbal and numerical reasoning tests. If you haven’t completed any of these in a while, it’s worth looking online for free practice tests.

Interview

If you’re successful we’ll invite you to attend a telephone interview, at a time suitable for you. The final stage will be dependent on the role or programme that you’re applying to. We may ask you to attend an assessment centre. Alternatively, you may be asked to attend an interview for specialist roles, allowing you to get a real understanding of day-to-day life in in a role with us.
