My Domain Observatory is a designer student accommodation, situated in the student hub of Observatory and is accessible to all major universities and colleges, the city, and other social hotspots.

The student accommodation offers Cape Town students three locations; Wynberg, Observatory and Salt River.

The residence is situated 2 minutes from the Observatory train station, 5 minutes from UCT’s Jammie Shuttle at Obs Square and 5 minutes from the MyCity Bus stop at Spencer Street.

At my domain Observatory, students have access to 5-a-side rooftop soccer an in the indoor or outdoor gym, rooftop pool and a gaming lounge.

The building offers a variety of affordable, furnished 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with access to a host of amenities.

Premium Studios

The premium studio is slightly larger than the classic and is a non-sharing bedroom that comes furnished with a 3/4 bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, a kitchenette, a bathroom, biometric access, and a Juliet balcony.

Deluxe Studios

The deluxe studio is the largest studio space that comes furnished with a 3/4 bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, a kitchenette, bathroom, biometric access, and a Juliet balcony.

Shared Bedroom

The 2-bedroom unit is perfect for you and a friend. The unit has shared communal space and separate bedrooms. Each bedroom comes furnished with 3/4 beds, desks, chairs, wardrobes, Juliet balconies with a shared kitchenette and shared bathroom.

Deluxe Shared Bedroom

The Deluxe 2 bedroom is more spacious than the regular 2-bedroom unit and is perfect for you and a friend. The unit has a shared communal space and separate bedrooms. Each bedroom comes furnished with 3/4 beds, desks, chairs, wardrobes, Juliet balconies with a shared kitchenette and shared bathroom.
