ISFAP stands for Ikusasa Student Financial Aid Programme. It is a higher education bursary programme directed towards "missing middle" students. Missing middle student are students who have the household income between R350 000 and R600 000. Falling under the missing middle means you are too rich to be covered by NSFAS but, too poor to fund your own higher education.
