About The Truworths Finance Internship
The Truworths Finance Internship is aimed at graduates who have completed a relevant BCom degree and are looking to gain practical experience before entering the workplace.
Interns will join the company's finance team and gain exposure to financial administration, property-related payments, reconciliations and communication with landlords.
No previous work experience is required, making this an opportunity for graduates to gain their first meaningful workplace experience.
Truworths Finance Intern Responsibilities
Successful candidates will assist with a range of finance and administration duties, including:
- Capturing utility payments on the Truworths Property System.
- Reconciling landlord statements against the Truworths Property System.
- Responding to landlord queries via telephone and email.
- Liaising with landlords to obtain the required supporting documentation.
- Supporting the finance team with accurate financial administration.
Truworths Finance Internship Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be a 2024, 2025 or 2026 graduate.
- Have completed a relevant BCom degree in Finance or a related field.
- No previous work experience is required.
- Be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Have strong numerical skills.
