SPAR Western Cape, a division of The SPAR Group Ltd., is inviting applications for its Diploma Graduate Internship Programme. This 12-month internship offers diploma graduates the opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience within a leading FMCG and retail organisation.

About The Internship
This internship is designed to provide structured workplace exposure, skills development and professional growth for diploma graduates. Successful candidates will be placed in one of the following business areas:
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Marketing
• Retail Operations
• Information Technology
• Logistics

Key Responsibilities
Interns will be expected to:

• Demonstrate continuous learning and development throughout the internship
Minimum Requirements
