Apply Now For A 12-Month Work Experience Opportunity With Spar Yes 4 Youth

SPAR South Africa continues to invest in youth development through its YES for Youth Programme, which has been running since 2019. The initiative helps young people gain meaningful work experience and build strong foundations for their future careers.

Catalyx, acting as SPAR SA’s implementation partner, is calling on unemployed youth to apply for the latest 12-month YES work experience programme. Successful applicants will be placed across SPAR Group Divisions, the Central Office and various Distribution Centres.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a South African citizen with a clear criminal record
• Have completed and passed Matric/Grade 12
• Currently be unemployed and not studying full time
• Be willing to work retail hours and shifts

Trade Qualification Applicants

Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

• Engineering
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Related technical trades

Degree Graduate Applicants

Graduates with qualifications in the fields below may also apply:

• Science
• Pharmacy
• Business
• Accounting
• Human Resource Management
• Logistics
• Supply Chain Management
• SHEQ
• Marketing
• Packaging
• Information Technology
