The PowerX2 is a new project by the Services Seta to enroll 20,000 young graduates on internships. The programme is open to graduates of both universities and TVET Colleges. It is aimed at helping young people bridge the gap between formal education and employment in formal workplaces.

The Services Seta are asking companies and graduates to register their interest now - and then they will match the graduates with employers who are suited to them.

Companies who are suitable to host graduates include private companies, public entities and government departments, municipalities, non-profit organisations, as well as universities and TVET Colleges as host sites.

Graduates are invited to apply if they meet the following criteria:
• Completed an NQF Level 4–7 qualification at a public university or TVET college
• Unemployed at the time of application
• Available to participate in a 24-month internship
• Willing to be matched to workplaces based on demand and opportunity availability
• Submit the Graduate Expression of Interest Form

All qualification fields will be matched according to employer need.
