This programme also welcomes students currently studying towards a qualification that requires a structured internship to meet academic requirements.

As part of its commitment to skills development, RSR aims to create opportunities for graduates and students to receive on-the-job training and gain practical work experience. However, participation in this programme does not create any expectation of full-time employment upon completion.
